Our Photo Collection Token System has been developed to streamline the guest journey while ensuring every attendee receives their personalised framed photograph quickly and effortlessly.
At the beginning of your event, collection tokens are issued to guests either during registration or placed at their assigned tables. When guests visit the photography station, our photographer records the unique token number after capturing their portrait.
While guests continue networking, dining, or enjoying the programme, our team professionally prints and frames their photograph behind the scenes.
When it’s time to leave, guests simply present their token at the collection counter, allowing our team to instantly locate and hand over their personalised framed keepsake.
The result is a smooth, queue-free collection process that enhances the guest experience while helping event organisers distribute gifts accurately and efficiently.
This system is recommended for corporate events, conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and brand activations where more than 100 framed photographs are being produced.
